Uchiha Clan Rules

These are the rules that ALL Uchiha clan members must follow.

1. There is only 1 Eternal Mangekyo user (Taken by Me,for a reason PM me)

2. Mangekyo Sharingan users must have an amazing app or need to RP to get it.

3.Sharingan levels according to Rank.
3 Tomoe:Chuunin +
2 Tomoe:Genin +
1 Tomoe: Academy +
Mangekyo Sharingan,Prestages Chuunin +
Mangekyo Complete Jounin +
Eternal Mangekyo Sannin +

4. You are to follow the clan leaders rules

5. No all out slaughters to the degree in which Itachi did.

6. Please remeber that Sharingan can copy jutsu at 3 Tomoe (Jutsu that are Copied can only be used during that fight,jutsu such as Kekkei Genkai or secret clan Jutsu like Kage Mane,Mind Transfer etc... can not be copied)

7. You,like all people on here will be,can use jutsu of any element but they must be within a certain rank,this will be explained in the Template

8. You are the only ones whom can use the Chidori Techniques.

9. Once attaining Mangekyo you must seek out me or any other Uchiha member with Mangekyo Sharingan for training.
