Summoning Rules

Cause Ive noticed that no other site Ive seen has this I am going to enforce something new,you need to fufil things on a summoning contract. here is what I mean. Manda needs 2 human sacrafices to be summoned or he eats the summoner. I say this because Ive seen spars where someone summons five summons and desimates there oponent.Keep in mind that some summons dont need certain things fufilled like toads slugs and custom summons have fufilments that the creator wants them to have,
